These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and vip55 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of the vip55 website, mobile site, and all services offered therein. The Platform is operated for the benefit of users located in Bangladesh and is intended solely for entertainment and lawful personal use.

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities and automated accounts are not eligible for player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be self-excluded or subject to any other restriction that prevents access to gambling services.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each user may hold only one active account on the vip55 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself.

Fraudulent or misleading information supplied during verification may result in permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

vip55 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players. All deposit amounts are credited to your account in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay mobile banking transfers are accepted as the primary deposit methods for Bangladeshi players.
• Local bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other participating institutions are also accepted for deposits above the minimum threshold.
• vip55 does not accept deposits made using credit facilities, funds obtained through illegal means, or third-party payment accounts not registered in the account holder's own name.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. vip55 targets processing of approved withdrawals within 24 hours of request approval, though actual transfer times depend on the payment provider. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment account used for the corresponding deposit unless otherwise approved by vip55's compliance team.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each bonus's individual terms.
• vip55 reserves the right to delay or deny a withdrawal request where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct. In such cases, the account may be suspended pending investigation.

All bets placed on the vip55 Platform are final once confirmed. It is the user's sole responsibility to verify the accuracy of each bet or wager before confirming. The following rules apply to all gaming and betting activity on the Platform.

• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error in pricing ("palpable error"), vip55 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the account holder.
• Cricket betting markets are subject to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g. ICC, BCB). Incomplete matches abandoned after the minimum overs requirement will be settled in accordance with standard cricket betting rules.
• Maximum winnings per single bet or game session may be subject to caps as disclosed in the specific game or market rules. These caps exist to ensure the long-term sustainability of the Platform.
• Games using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology produce outcomes that are statistically random and independently verified. vip55 does not manipulate game outcomes.

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, identity verification, or any other compliance process requested by vip55.
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, games, random number generation systems, or security infrastructure.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the vip55 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and the overall site design — is the property of vip55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the express prior written consent of vip55.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vip55 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including losses of profit, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, even if vip55 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

vip55's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the six (6) month period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

11. Amendments to These Terms

vip55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, vip55 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via the contact details held on file, or by posting a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the Platform operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction. vip55 and the user agree to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute before initiating formal proceedings.
